I'm Nate Lutz.
As a Sr. Project Manager at WytLabs Digital Marketing, I bring a strong blend of communication, strategic thinking, and technical know-how to every project. With extensive experience leading cross-functional teams, managing digital marketing initiatives, and coordinating with stakeholders at all levels, I specialize in keeping complex campaigns on track and aligned with client goals. I’ve also led training programs in both sales and tech, making me a strong asset in scaling operations and driving results across departments.

My Story
Growing up in a family of engineers, I was immersed in the world of technology from an early age. At 13, I started learning to code and was instantly hooked. It felt like magic to bring my ideas to life through programming. When it came time for college, I chose to stay local and attended SDSU's Computer Science program, where I honed my technical skills and deepened my love for problem-solving.
After graduating, I gained experience working at various startups, which gave me a front-row seat to the fast-paced world of tech innovation. But in 2016, I was ready for a new challenge and decided to move to Shenzhen, China. There, I taught Computer Science in international school(SCIE), an experience that pushed me to grow and pick up new skills. Along the way, I learned Mandarin, immersed myself in a new culture, and began studying digital marketing.
My passion for both tech and marketing led me to launch Trusight Digital Marketing Studios , where I specialized in helping businesses maximize their online presence through SEO, PPC, social media management, and web development. Working with companies of all sizes, I helped several 8-figure businesses scale into 9-figure successes by implementing data-driven marketing strategies and cutting-edge technologies.
At WytLabs Digital Marketing, I focus on helping eCommerce brands grow their digital presence through strategic SEO and web initiatives. By aligning data-driven strategies with each client’s unique goals, I help them reach wider audiences, boost visibility, and drive measurable growth.

Creative Approach
It's my belief, creative project management really comes into its own during the execution stage. Team members collaborate, communicate, assign, and share insights on tasks within project management software.
Initiating a Project
I consider the initiating phase to be among the most crucial steps when a project kicks off. Clarifying project scope with stakeholders gives clear direction and helps me relay our SMART objectives to the team to minimize risks that might occur.
Organize & Facilitate
Structuring efficient stand-ups with group dynamics in mind is a skill that is sharpened through retrospective analysis while making sure to deliver and reviews/demos to ensure our clients satisfaction is 100%.
Quantifable Results
As the Creative Director of Trusight Digital Marketing, I found it with the uptmost importance to break down complex activities into smaller tasks. I was able to achieve this by monitoring my teams progress through project managments systems such as Trello and most reciently, Jira.
Executing Projects on Time
Execution to me means rolling up your sleeves and taking action on everything you outlined in your project plan. As the 3rd of 4 steps in a project lifecycle, I make sure everyones on the same page to ensure the project is carried out efficiently.
Monitoring & Control
To Execute the planning, scoping, implementing, and monitoring of quality into all phases of the project from concept through the final delivery is key to a successful plan. Its my belief documentation of project retrospective are foundational towards the success of future projects.
