I have extensive experience with overseeing full digital marketing projects and campaigns, managing relationships with stakeholders and project teams as well as training large groups in sales techniques and technology and I'm able to govern complex projects on multiple levels.

I'm a solution driven indivudual that prioritizes free communication to achieve product deliverables. I have 5+ years of practical experience as a technical business analyst and digital marketer through waterfall and Agile methodologies depending on the stakeholders needs.
In addition to technical solutions, I have 5 years of educational & technical training that I have aquired in classrooms and boardrooms alike. I'm highly passionate about education and training and I love seeing people discover new insights and helping others develop new skills, behaviors and mindsets.

It's my belief, creative project management really comes into its own during the execution stage. Team members collaborate, communicate, assign, and share insights on tasks within project management software.
Initiating a Project
I consider the initiating phase to be among the most crucial steps when a project kicks off. Clarifying project scope with stakeholders gives clear direction and helps me relay our SMART objectives to the team to minimize risks that might occur.
Organize & Facilitate
Structuring efficient stand-ups with group dynamics in mind is a skill that is sharpened through retrospective analysis while making sure to deliver and reviews/demos to ensure our clients satisfaction is 100%.
Quantifable Results
As the Creative Director of Trusight Digital Marketing, I found it with the uptmost importance to break down complex activities into smaller tasks. I was able to achieve this by monitoring my teams progress through project managments systems such as Trello and most reciently, Jira.
Executing Projects on Time
Execution to me means rolling up your sleeves and taking action on everything you outlined in your project plan. As the 3rd of 4 steps in a project lifecycle, I make sure everyones on the same page to ensure the project is carried out efficiently.
Monitoring & Control
To Execute the planning, scoping, implementing, and monitoring of quality into all phases of the project from concept through the final delivery is key to a successful plan. Its my belief documentation of project retrospective are foundational towards the success of future projects.
