HPY Sorting Technology ltd. is the market leading Ore sorting provider in China with over 300 machines in use. Before contacting Trusight

HPY had hired a local agency to create their web presence to American and Russian audiences to little success.
The Objective.
Trusight's website design overhaul from wordpress to custom HTML/CSS/JS came at a time when HPY needed to gain interest in their machines but had no intuitive way of to display or contact HPY's representatives.
In addition to web design, Trusight helped bring to life Hpy's web precense with SEO and Social Media Managment as well as on-boarding a Russian marketing representative.

Overall Goal for Web Development
Prioritized goals, defined deliverables and created a project schedule that focused on stakeholders expectation that lead to an overall experience that resulted in a digital asset that resonated with HPY's customers. Throughout the process, I kept a clear line of communication in order to ensure customer change orders wouldn't effect when the project schedule.
Challenges and Results
This was one of the most complex challenges I had to face due to the sheer amount of players involved so it was important from the start to keep a seemless channel of communication between HPY's team and my own team members.
This was achieved by clarifying roles and keeping a consistent form of documentation through Trello and weekly, and sometimes daily stand-ups. if everyone was already on track, it’s served as a great opportunity to praise and credit them for their hard work.
Within the First month of delivering the website, HPY Sorting Technology ltd was able to secure their first Russian client. The client noted that the website was able to effectively answer their questions before reaching out to a representative.
