About Omega Recruitment
Omega Recruitment, based in Shenzhen, China, is a fore. Having owned a business in China for more than 10 years, we have firsthand experience dealing with the frustrations associated with China's complicated procedures and red tape. There are many factors that lead to confusion and frustration, such as the language barrier, cultural differences, and many others.
The Objective.
As Omega needed to gain leverage and compete against growing recruitment agencies in Shenzhen, Trusight's website design and SEO overhaul from WordPress to custom HTML/CSS/JS was the perfect solution. We provided comprehensive UX and UI changes tailored to two distinct audiences, and a UX design that captured Omega's spirit. In return, our efforts were able to strengthen their web presence on search engines such as Google and Baidu.

As soon as all the research was complete, our teams crossed-collaborated to ensure that information architecture, content, design, development, and analytics would bring Omega Recruitments brand-new website to life.
Priorities
we prioritized content by providing more specific pieces of content to appease users moving through the site, and also by capitalizing searches and keywords in search engines. Understanding how the website would be laid out from a user flow and information architecture perspective, we got to work on the designs.
Three months into the new website, we continue to see increases in organic traffic and engagement. Our SEO and Analytics teams also continue to consult and provide insights to the Omega's team on opportunities that hope to continually improve performance over time.
